Our deliveries are free all over the world. Outside EU the prices do not include the taxes or the custom duties, which you have to pay separately when the shipment arrives.

Complaints Procedure

All our products have 2 years guarantee for production or material mistakes. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within three working days. Please email info@humantool.fi. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
