Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. So if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return any item in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund  The return shipment cost is handled by you. You also have the right to cancel your order within 30 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Humantool for a full refund, the return shipment cost is covered by you. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
