When you place an order with Humantool, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions:

Making A Purchase

Humantool aims to deliver goods of the highest quality. Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly or direct from our own factory. From time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to 1) order an alternative, 2) have the products sent as soon as they become available or 3) to cancel the order. All prices quoted are in EURO (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 24%.

Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Humantool and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. All transactions are conducted through a secure web server. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs.

You are able to pay with following payment methods:

• HUMANTOOL-invoice (only for companies in EU area if the VAT number is informed to us)
• CHECKOUT (payment with credit cards)
• KLARNA (payment with credit cards)
• PAYPAL (payment with credit cards or through PayPal account)
• Paytrail
